Intense sudden pain just above hip? ?

I was just sitting on my bed with my laptop when out of the blue this crazy pain starts above my hip in the left bottom corner of my abdomen. I am still on the bed about 10 minutes later, the pain worn off slightly but still too great to get up. It worsens when i breathe out and is so tender that it hurts just to tap it. It is such bad shooting pains i cant move for agony. I have never felt like this before what could it be? I am only 14 in case that helps. Thank you
