Im getting P11 Turtle beach headphones for my ps3?

Hey I'm getting P11 Turtle beach headphones for my ps3 and i was wondering since you have to hook it up in the back of your T.V is there another way to do it I have i guess you can say a old RCA tv with only the Video and Sound input for cables in the front of the tv and in the back there is no Audio (Red and White plugs) but i have a new box i got for cable a xfinity cisco box if i plugged it into that would it screw up or just not work or what? what can i do please help.
