HELP MY FACE IS BURNING!!!!!!?

okay so i decided to givr myself a toothpaste face mask ...... Dont ask...... And my face started burning !!!!! I couldnt open my eyes!!!!!!! Ive wiped it off now but my eyed are still watering and my face just feels cold and its all red!!!!! Why did this happen and will I be okay......I really was in agony I could barly touch my face to wipe it off.....
