Can I set a live broadcast for my video gaming ?

Can i set up a gaming live broadcast, with nothing but an HDMI cable, and my laptop? Hooking my laptop to my TV with the HDMI cable, and broadcast what it sees throug that? I play on the Xbox 360, and have been wondering about this for a while now.
